License Agreement

1. This Agreement is made between **Naethra Technologies** (hereinafter referred to as “Licensor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the purchaser or user (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”, “you”, or “your”). This Agreement governs the use of all products, software, code, documentation, and services provided by the Licensor through this website.
2. The Licensee acknowledges that this is a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software. Naethra Technologies remains the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in the software. Any modifications, customizations, updates, or fixes made to the software, whether requested by the Licensee on a paid or free basis, shall remain the exclusive property of Naethra Technologies.
3. This Agreement permits you to install and use one copy of the Software on a single domain for your own personal or internal business use, subject to the terms of this Agreement. A separate license must be obtained for each additional installation or for use on any additional domain. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Software, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without our prior written consent, shall be considered a violation of this Agreement and may result in legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
4. You are not permitted to use, copy, modify, or incorporate any part of the code, in whole or in part, into any other software, product, or website without prior written permission from Naethra Technologies.
5. You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer any portion of the Software or its documentation to any third party. You may not make the Software available on any server or platform where it can be accessed by the public or distributed over a network, including the Internet, without prior written permission from Naethra Technologies.
6. You must retain all copyright notices, attribution text, links, and branding elements included in the Software or documentation, and you may not remove, alter, or obscure such information without prior written consent from Naethra Technologies.
7. Naethra Technologies reserves the right to include the Licensee’s name and logo in a list of clients or users of the Software for promotional or reference purposes, unless the Licensee provides a written request to opt out of such inclusion.
8. The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied. Naethra Technologies disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, agent, or representative of Naethra Technologies is authorized to provide any additional warranties or to modify the terms stated herein.
9. Naethra Technologies shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to this License Agreement or the use of the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, such limitations shall apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
10. The Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naethra Technologies from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the Licensee’s use of the Software or its business operations.
11. Naethra Technologies reserves the right to terminate this License Agreement and the Licensee’s right to use the Software if the Licensee commits a material breach of any term of this Agreement.
12. Upon termination of this License, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and either return or permanently delete/destroy all copies of the Software in their possession or control.
13. This License Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Naethra Technologies and the Licensee concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
14. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
15. By purchasing or using the Software or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement and undertake to use the Software in compliance with its provisions. This Agreement shall become legally effective at the time you place an order through our website, receive the Software or services via email, or obtain them through any other delivery method provided by Naethra Technologies.

Order Processing

Support Policy

1. Any software, extension, or service purchased from this website includes limited support as defined at the time of purchase. To investigate or resolve technical issues, you may be required to provide temporary access to necessary systems such as the website admin panel, hosting control panel (cPanel), or FTP. Failure to provide the required access may limit our ability to diagnose or resolve the issue. All access credentials shared with us will be used solely for support purposes and handled with reasonable care and confidentiality.
2. We provide complimentary support for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Free support includes the following:
   • Assistance with questions related to product features and functionality.
   • Investigation and resolution of any bugs identified within the product.
   • Investigation and resolution of any bugs identified within the product.
3. Support will be chargeable in the following cases:
   • Issues arising from custom themes or customizations.
   • Conflicts with third-party extensions, plugins, payment gateways, or external code.
   • JavaScript or front-end conflicts not related to our product.
   • Problems caused by incorrect installation or configuration not performed by Naethra Technologies.
   • Any other issue that is determined by Naethra Technologies to fall outside the scope of the complimentary support period.
4. Complimentary support will be considered void if the product or extension has been modified, customized, or altered by any developer or third party other than Naethra Technologies.
5. Any software or services provided free of charge are offered without entitlement to updates, upgrades, or support. Such free software or services are used at the user’s own risk and responsibility.
6. Support services will not be provided for websites or businesses that involve or promote content related to adult material, illegal activities, violence, alcohol, or any products, services, or materials that are prohibited under applicable laws or regulations. Naethra Technologies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue support for such cases at its sole discretion.
7. Support for customization services will be provided in accordance with the following terms:
   • For customization work completed within 2 working days, complimentary support will be provided for up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
   • For customization work requiring more than 2 working days, complimentary support will be provided for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
   Complimentary customization support includes:
   • Assistance with questions related to customization features and functionality.
   • Investigation and resolution of any bugs identified in the delivered customization.
   • Ensuring that the customization functions as delivered on the test and/or live environment.

   Customization support is separate from, and does not extend or modify, the free or paid support applicable to the original product or extension.

8. Where installation services are purchased, Naethra Technologies will provide a one-time installation on a test environment and a one-time installation on the live site. These installations will be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the customer providing the required access and information in a timely manner.

Refund Policy

1. Refund requests may be considered within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to review and approval by Naethra Technologies. Refunds are granted only in genuine cases where the issue cannot be resolved by our support team or where the product fails to function as described. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, and the amount will typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider or banking process.
2. Customers are encouraged to review and test the available demo versions of our products, where provided, before placing an order to ensure that the selected product meets their requirements. If you have any questions or need clarification regarding our products or services, you may contact us through live chat or via the contact details provided on our website.
3. To request a refund for a payment made to Naethra Technologies, you must contact us within 15 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of the order date). Your request should include the order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
4. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine its eligibility. Refunds will not be granted in circumstances including, but not limited to, the situations listed below.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Charges related to installation or customization services.
• Where the product or extension has been customized by Naethra Technologies or by any third-party developer.
• Compatibility issues arising from third-party extensions, plugins, or themes.
• Payments made for services that have already been rendered or delivered.
• Violation of domain licensing terms, including use of the product on an unlicensed domain.
• Requests for additional customization where the proposed quotation has not been accepted by the client.
5. Naethra Technologies reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion. Naethra Technologies also reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
