Overview: An agent Will review the student POC detail which was submitted by the student and then he will validate through his internal account within the internal domain. After validating, users will be able to accept, reject and perform other operations on the files and the student POC status. And also the rejection Reason will be sent to the particular student.

Project Overview:

Pieces of information regarding the student’s coverage are gathered: Insurance Company Name, Policy Number and Certificate or ID Number.

More specific information about the coverage being submitted were gathered then agents reviewing policies would have an easier time ascertaining the validity of them.

Only users at ASEQ that have an account within the CRM are able to access the POC Workflow application.
